i had nothing to say for myself. i still don't.
besides, i was too tired to contemplate the prodigious
feat of engineering that would have been necessary to
pry my gracious hosts away from the computer.
i read three bad mystery novels in the Denver airport.
as i finished them, i wrote "enjoy" on the title pages
and abandoned them in crowded boarding areas.
i can't repeat the best quote of the week. it just
wouldn't be ladylike.
